How to take measurements 

• Place a ruler flat under your foot and measure the distance from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. You can also draw the outlines of your foot on paper by tracing the circumference of the foot with a pen, then measuring the length of the foot from the heel to the longest toe.
• Your measurements are then compared with the size guide and the size that most closely matches your body measurements is chosen.
• Remember, if your foot length is between two sizes, you should choose the larger size.
• The size of your right foot may differ from the left foot, and this is normal, but in this case you should always choose the larger size.
• Your measurements should be taken at the end of the day when your feet are at their largest.
• If you intend to wear socks with the shoes you are purchasing, you should measure your feet after wearing the socks.
